It contains originals or copies of documents, meeting minutes, newspaper articles, financial papers, photographs and various other objects related to Bet Mishpachah and the GLBT community at large. They are stored in the third sub-basement of the Archivist’s condominium building and is maintained by that fabulous queen on the 9th floor who meticulously collects whatever she can get her bejeweled hands on. They are then filed away by category. The archives have grown throughout the years as more and more items are contributed. They are truly the congregation's history. But the archives are only as good as the items within its filing cabinets and boxes.
